8kdb Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 8kdb platform. By registering or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8kdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8kdb website, platform, games, and all associated services. By accessing the 8kdb website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 8kdb platform. 8kdb reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
By creating an 8kdb account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and at your own risk. 8kdb does not provide gambling services to jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility
21+8kdb is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Registration on this platform constitutes a declaration that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.
To register and use 8kdb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 8kdb operates a strict minimum age policy; underage gambling is illegal and prohibited on this platform.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 8kdb or on any recognized self-exclusion register.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
3. Account Registration & Responsibility
Each player may maintain only one (1) active 8kdb account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the platform. When you register an account, you agree to the following obligations:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8kdb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
- You must notify 8kdb support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- You must keep your registered mobile number and contact details up to date. 8kdb uses your mobile number as the primary account identifier and communication channel.
- You must not share, sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person. Accounts are non-transferable.
8kdb reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
8kdb supports a range of locally relevant payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 8kdb reserves the right to set and adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 hours to reflect in your account balance.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
- 8kdb does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges.
- 8kdb reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 8kdb does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
8kdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on the platform:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. New account welcome bonuses are available once per player, per mobile number, per household, and per payment method.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonus funds may only be used to place wagers within the eligible game categories specified in the applicable bonus terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 8kdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements for already-claimed bonuses will be honoured.
- If 8kdb reasonably believes that a player is abusing a bonus or promotional offer — including through collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of offer mechanics — 8kdb reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend the account.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirement rules unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Winnings from free spins must meet any applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on 8kdb are supplied by licensed third-party providers and use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:
- The rules of each individual game are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing a wager.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded in the 8kdb server log, the server log shall be deemed correct and final.
- 8kdb will not honour any wager placed in error or as a result of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid.
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers. 8kdb does not modify or override any game's published RTP. Gambling involves financial risk; past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. You should never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kdb platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one 8kdb account, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity or payment details.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to circumvent reporting obligations.
- Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or any form of corrupt play on sports betting or casino games.
- Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform or any game to obtain an unfair advantage or unearned winnings.
- Registering on the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the legal minimum age of 21 years.
- Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the 8kdb platform, its underlying infrastructure, or the integrity of any game.
8kdb cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation. 8kdb reserves the right to share relevant account information with authorities as required by applicable law.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
8kdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, multiple account creation, or provision of false registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by 8kdb upon request, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents.
- Where 8kdb is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or at the request of a law enforcement authority.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
9. Responsible Gaming
8kdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit by contacting 8kdb support at [email protected]. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed and no new account may be opened.
- Reality checks: Players may request periodic session reminders to be alerted to the duration of their current gambling session. Contact 8kdb support to enable this feature on your account.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the 8kdb platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all such content (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of 8kdb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 8kdb brand name and logo are trademarks of 8kdb. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8kdb platform for personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without the prior written consent of 8kdb.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8kdb, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 8kdb platform or any content, services, or features made available through the platform.
8kdb makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
8kdb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering.
8kdb uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible to 8kdb staff. 8kdb will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from 8kdb requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
13. Amendments to These Terms
8kdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8kdb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms regularly.
The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the 8kdb platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].
